Drivers Text Services, Inc maintains a subscription based road hazzard warning service with the ability to send messages to cell phones in the United States. Your privacy is important to us, and we take every precaution possible to protect the users of the service. We reserve the right to update our terms of service.

Drivers Text Services, Inc is not responsible for any misuse or illegal use of our sevices. Accounts engaging in illegal activities will be terminated without refund.

Drivers Text Services, Inc will not release any personal contact information to advertisers or any other 3rd party.

Drivers Text Services, Inc will NOT send unsolicited text messages or make phone calls to any acquired cell phone numbers. At no time will cell phone numbers be sold, traded, exchanged, or given to any other 3rd party.

Drivers Text Services, Inc gathers only what information is necessary for our services. Information is used solely for transmitting text messages, and will not be sold or shared with any 3rd parties. In addition, the site may gather broad statistical information such as (but not limited to) number of website visits, page views, number of messages sent, and popularity of cell phone providers. This information is used to help us better understand how users use our service.

Drivers Text Services, Inc reserves the right to disclose any information to courts or law enforcement agencies if presented with a subpoena, or at Drivers Text Services Inc's sole discretion when such disclosure is necessary to bring legal action against any persons or parties found to be using the service to cause harm to others, or violating the legal rights of the company or others.

The Platinum Package is limited to 10 counties, that are changeable by the account holder. More counties can be granted upon request. Granting additional counties is up to the disgression of Drivers Text Services Inc

Drivers Text Services, Inc will not be responsible for any damages, monetary or otherwise, incurred by the subscriber relating to wrecks, speeding tickets, DUI or DWI, or any other type of law enforcement action.

Broadcasting of any information provided by Drivers Text Services, Inc. is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Violation will result in termination of service with no refund of fees and/or legal action.

All subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of their term. To cancel a subscription please call or email our customer service department.

Drivers Text Services, Inc retains the right to change these terms of service at any time.
